CHANGE IS PERMANENT

Hi folks,
I have been watching myself, over the years how behaviour, beliefs, values , thinking, attitude approach, habits have been changing - rather constantly evolving. Change is taking place every second in us at times we can reflect and most of the times we are unaware of it.
Nothing is permanent in this universe, everything changes and changes for good...when people go through a difficult phase they become strong, self reliant and awake of what they do and how they conduct themselves ...
Life is very small for trival fights and egos lets come out of our BIG EGOs as we can only be free once we let go our ego...
